New York City was my original home through my mid-twenties. In the early 1970’s I packed my bags and headed west to that City by the Bay — San Francisco, where I spent the next four decades. Upon retirement I was due for a new adventure and eager to turn the page and experience the next chapter. As a citified gal who also enjoys the serenity of nature — the decision to call the Land of Enchantment home was an easy one. How could I not be drawn to this wonderful multi-dimensional Art Capital where I can explore the wild — see elk and deer running through the pines, listen to the coyotes howling, and watch bald eagles soaring and wild turkeys dancing. Without any formal training I’ve always had an appreciation for art while only barely managing to draw stick figures myself.
That is, until I heard the 'call of the wild '.
